Please note that, as indicated on the website, my duty hours will be held exclusively ONLINE until the end of the academic year – on Tuesdays 7pm till 8pm, link: https://meet.google.com/ghq-vsrr-pyx
For documents requiring a signature, there are two options:
- with a qualified electronic signature—you send the document via email, and it is returned signed via the same channel
- with a handwritten signature and a stamp—you send a scan of the document via email, and it is returned signed via the same channel
Please send documents requiring a signature to the email address p.slowinski@uw.edu.pl with the subject line: Qualified Signature or Handwritten Signature/Stamp. If the matter is truly urgent, please add the note URGENT at the beginning of the email subject line.
